Dominican Republic, Leila

In March, eighteen beautiful ladies and I traveled to the Dominican Republic to shoot with the talented photographer-Jose Guerra. The purpose of the trip was to promote the new women’s international club and social media platform, that is Smooth Lifestyle. This trip was truly a fascinating experience. We were treated so wonderfully by everyone on this trip, the Smooth Lifestyle team and the resort staff. Many friendships were formed on this trip as well. Aside from the photoshoots, we spent the day relaxing in the ocean, tanning, taking pictures of one another, getting our hair braided and not to mention the amazing massages on the beach that we all became addicted to getting. We also participated in boat rides and horseback riding.

I enjoyed working with Jose Guerra and Smooth lifestyle because they have such a creative vision. It wasn’t my first time working with Guerra and I never pass up an opportunity to work with him. He’s the best of the best. When I found out that he was the head photographer on this trip, I instantly became intrigued. I trusted, that this was going to be an amazing experience. It was my first time working with Smooth Lifestyle and they had an amazing team of their own. Their make up artist, photographer and videographer all worked together to create something magical with us. It was the experience of a lifetime and I would not hesitate to do it all again.
